For Perfect Fluffy Rice

  1. Take 1 cup of Chandamama Sona Masoori rice, gently and rinse for 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Drain the water completely.
  3. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked rice.
  4. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat, let it rest covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.

Tips for Best Results

For softer rice, add 1 tsp of ghee or oil while cooking.
